Notice to Vendors wishing to do business with On Q Home Loans

Only certain corporate officers of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. D/B/A On Q Home Loans have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the company. Employees of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. D/B/A On Q Home Loans who do not hold corporate office, including branch managers and loan originators, do not have any authority to contract on behalf of the company. Guaranteed Rate, Inc. D/B/A On Q Home Loans reserves the right to rescind any contracts entered into by an employee lacking authority and any vendor or service provider who enters into a contract with any such employee does so at their own risk.
